First cartridge inspection
The retained water levels are low along the sidewalls and no water was visible in any cracks in the top of the culvert. Assumption can be made that the maintainable drains are working well to drain the water retained behind the sidewall. Ten filter cartridges were removed, inspected and observations noted. Most units had good flow and when removed had varied amount of low hydrostatic pressure behind the sidewall.
