Weeping status achieved!

Both north and south sidewall showed very low water levels retained behind the sidewalls typically around the same elevation as the filters. With the heavy rains that occurred in the last week, it appears that the maintainable drains are working well. Water samples from units tested appeared clear with no sediment. Fourteen units were removed, inspected and observations noted. As expected with "weep holes", flow rates were low. Most of the removed units had very low levels of hydrostatic pressure behind the walls. Units with the one-way valve retained a very small amount of water behind the valve. This is expected as the water level was so low that the valve did not open. A couple of the 2 ½” units had retained water at a higher level than the rest.
