Water levels decrease within 48 hours
Both north and south sidewall of the twin culvert had noticeable lower water levels leaching into the culvert through cracks, construction joints, and cold joints. However, in a couple areas where the 2 ½” units were mounted the water level was higher, possibly due to the slower drain rate. All sampled units showed clear or improved water clarity from sediment, photos included.
