Maintainable Weep Hole System

Observations made of the north sidewall showed low water levels retained behind the sidewalls. With the rain the day before, this indicates that the maintainable drains are working well to drain the water. The top of the culvert showing water leaching through a crack and a construction joint. Assumption can be made that the maintainable drains are working well to drain the water retained behind the sidewalls while water is still present in the soils above the culvert.
